Sunsuites Carolina has existed in its current form since October 2000. When I started this project, I was very keen to give my guests that “little extra something” that is so often lacking at apartment hotels in Gran Canaria.
I think that comfort is important on holiday. The apartment should be clean and fresh! The equipment should be practical and in full working order. Beds should be nicely made with duvet covers and decent pillows! The furniture and fittings should be comfortable and contemporary.
I think everyone appreciates being treated in a pleasant and positive way, with staff who choose to say “yes” rather than “no”! The staff at Sunsuites Carolina have grasped that words such as care and humility are key in this business – that guest satisfaction is everything! Just take a look in our guest books when you get here! We are very proud of all the praise we receive.
I sincerely believe in close contact with my guests. So, you will meet the staff in reception, around the pool or on their way to or from an apartment. The fact that we speak the guests’ language is no accident. Quite the opposite! I am convinced that most people think that it is nice and easy to receive tips and advice in their own language. Or quite simply to be able to have a chat and share experiences.
In my opinion, it is the details that make the holiday so much nicer. Everything from a cheery “Good morning” to the fresh bread we hang on the door every morning. This might include help with your luggage or finding fresh flowers in the bathroom or at your desk! Small details in themselves do not mean all that much, but together, as part of a whole, they ensure that your holiday will be so much more pleasant.
